Delhi High Court Upholds Customs Broker Licence Revocation for Lending Credentials and Filing Unauthorised Shipping Bill

The Delhi High Court dismissed a Customs Act appeal and upheld revocation of a Customs Broker licence where credentials were lent for consideration and a Shipping Bill was filed without the named exporter’s authorisation.
