1. Acceptance of Terms

3.3. Account Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any violations—without notice—and to refuse service to anyone, anywhere, anytime.

6.2. License Grant. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display it in connection with the Site and Services.

7.2. Payment Terms. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are due in advance or as otherwise agreed in writing.

   8.1. No Attorney-Client Relationship. Your use of the Site (including email or contact forms) does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship only arises if, and when, we both sign an engagement agreement and collect fees.

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Fastrack Legal Solutions LLP nor its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates will be liable for:

Our total aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in question, or INR 10,000 whichever is lower.

17. Severability & Waiver
    If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck and the remaining Terms will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision.
18. Entire Agreement
    These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein and any engagement agreement you sign, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fastrack Legal Solutions LLP regarding the Site and Services.
